RETURN POLICY
WE OFFER FULL CREDIT (*excluding shipping costs) TO THE ORIGINAL FORM OF PAYMENT OR SITE CREDIT FOR RETURNED ITEMS.
All items must be returned to us in the same condition as they were received. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and free from smoke, deodorant, and perfume. We reserve the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met.

CANCELLATIONS:
WE CANNOT CANCEL ANY ORDERS ONCE THEY HAVE BEEN CONFIRMED IN OUR SYSTEM... We understand the importance of your order, and we strive to fulfill it as quickly as possible. While we cannot cancel an order once it has been placed, you are welcome to return the item (s) to us in accordance with our return policy.
Cancelled orders are subject to processing + restocking fees if charged by our suppliers, and those will not be refunded. The fee is at the discretion of the order total and our processing fees.
Coupon codes must be presented or entered at the time of purchase. We cannot refund you for a coupon code that was not used; adjustments cannot be applied retroactively to orders. We also cannot cancel any orders where the coupon code was not used correctly. If a problem does arise, you are welcome to reach out to us via e-mail and possibly receive a gift card in the amount of what the discount code would have saved you. NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE ON ANY DISCOUNT CODE ERRORS.
RETURNS:
· If your order was SHIPPED, returns postmarked within 5 days of the date received are eligible for full refund (excluding shipping costs) in original form of payment or site credit.
· If Soni Traders Inc. provides a shipping label to you for a return, $10 will be deducted from your refund amount.
· Postmarked items after 5 days of receipt of delivery do not count for returns and will be sent back at the customer’s expense.
· Once a return is received, it will be processed within 2-3 business days, and you will receive your full refund (excluding shipping costs) in original form of payment or site credit via email once approved.
· We use third-party companies for shipping that follow a specific return process. Please reference the return information included in your shipment on how to return your item. Not following the return information provided to you can result in a delay of your store credit being processed.
HOW LONG DOES A RETURN TAKE?
Once you submit your return, there is now a return approval process that will take about 24 hours if submitted within business hours (8 am-5 pm CST). If you submit a return outside of business hours, we will process that return promptly on the following business day.
NOTE: * This is in reference to orders placed - we will go off of the delivery date shown in the USPS tracking information. *
All items must be returned unworn, unwashed & with all of their original tags attached.
DAMAGES:
While we try to carefully inspect every item for flaws before sending it to you, there may be times when there is damage to the item. In this case, we ask you to email sales@sonitradersinc.com with a picture of the damage & the order number, so we can better assist you!
Damages must be reported before WEARING the garment. All original tags must still be attached. These instances will be eligible for a refund.
After 5 days, we are unable to accept returns on any purchase.
NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.
The following items are FINAL SALE:

o Sale Items
o Hats
o Intimates
o Items purchased with a discount code (via rewards, text codes, promotions, flash sales, or otherwise}
EXCHANGES:
· Due to our quickly changing inventory, we do not offer exchanges.
PRICE ADJUSTMENTS:
· Should an item on the site be added to our SALE tab after you have purchased, please contact us within 7 days from the original order date for a one-time price adjustment. Credit will be issued in the form of store credit.
· We’re sorry, but we are unable to offer price adjustments for temporary promotions/discounts.
· Adjustments cannot be applied retroactively to orders placed before the promotion discount was activated. During promotions, please make sure your discount is applied to the order total prior to completing the order.
