U.S. Customers
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are in the hands of the shipping carrier.

Customers are responsible for monitoring delivery status and ensuring the correct shipping address is provided.
If an incorrect address results in a returned package, the buyer is responsible for all reshipping costs.
